The New Voyeurism
So, I'm sure I'm late to this party... but itunes has a function that when you're on a network you can share your and play other people's music. Being a student as CStrU, I'm on the wireless network listening to itunes for most of the day.... At least 3 people's playlists show up a any given time. Usually one of the three is heavily skewed towards modern christian rock and pop.... to be expected. Usually 2 or more are heavily hip hop oriented libraries.... not a bad thing to have at your fingertips when you're bored mindless of the 30 albums you've uploaded thus far on your new laptop. Once in a while, you get really lucky, and there's some semi indie nerd who happens to be on.... When this happens, you inevitably play all the belle and sebastian you forgot you once liked and then drop whatever important paper you were doing and eye the room for the dude or chick on his or her laptop with the thick rimmed glasses and the converse allstars. You never find them. They are always in another room. I'm sure others feel this way.
"Its consequential constructive culture." i guess.
